Real Fruit Bubble Tea
this place has improved since the last time i've been here! i got a mango pineapple passion fruit slush with mango chunks, it tasted great. however there's a slight error in the menu i saw on the tv screen. i order mango pineapple not knowing the pineapple was an extra addon, and it showed in the cashier screen (on the receiving end). might wanna fix that. the staff wasn't wearing masks while preparing the drinks either. one was wearing gloves alright but i'm a bit concerned food safety-wise.

The girl in the front was so arogant and rude, i wanted to order mango diamond slush with no ice, so firstly she saw us at the counter but kept on doing the stuff she was not having a courtesy to great us and she replied one sec after waiting few mins and called her saying excuse me. Didn't bought anything after her behavior.

It was perfect, I had never had bubble tea, but now that I have tried it, I love it!! Whenever you have the time and you are in the mall, buy it, trust me, you will not regret it.

Real Fruit Bubble Tea
We had the honey milk tea with tapioca bubbles and the diamond mango slush with mango pieces. They were amazing. The honey milk tea had the perfect balance of sweetness, and the mango slush was smooth (not grainy/icey) also with the perfect sweetness, it wasn’t sour at all, and it had pieces of freshly cut mango!! Absolute dream for mango lovers. I can’t wait to go back.

I have to say that I am a bit disappointed about the lack of communication and the attitude I received. There was a special on the mango slushy, so that should be a good experience, right? Not so much in my case. I ordered my regular drink from the kiosk because the lineup was long. Which is a regular size mango, slushy with regular tapioca and a regular size mango slushy with nothing in it just the mango chunks. When it was my time to pick up the order. There was the homemade tapioca in my drink. So I said, that I ordered the regular tapioca, and not the homemade tapioca. then they told me that there is no more regular tapioca, so I said… If there wasn’t regular tapioca, wouldn’t they have communicated that? At this point, it was Madison that was communicating with me, in which she said that it taste the same and usually people don’t care. While she is talking to me, she’s giving me dirty looks… That I didn’t quite appreciate, after all… It is my preference. Which I then asked for a refund. As my refund was being processed, I was still receiving attitude from this employee. So I asked her her name, which she then said “Madison why?”. Might I suggest you use this as a training opportunity to improve customer service.

Cute little place located in the oshawa centre. The service was friendly and the drinks were delicious. It wasn't too busy when we arrived so it didn't take long for them to be made. The place was clean and you had places to sit if you wanted.

Ordered 3 mango drinks and found small blended pieces of plastic in all 3 drinks . The plastic pieces were sticking to my tongue and pulled them out of my mouth . The most frustrating part was my 2 young kids 6 and 4 also had plastic pieces in their drinks and most likely consumed the plastic. I took the drinks back to the store and let them know about the plastic in the drinks and they tried to blamed the plastic lids they put on the drinks ... but I asked how would the lids cause blended plastic pieces in the drinks . They made 3 more drinks and we found more plastic pieces in those as well . I contacted real fruit and the customer service is giving me a difficult time getting back a refund . The plastic pieces were in the blender and I'm sure a lot of customers that day ended up drinking small plastic pieces which is very disturbing. The store tried to play the plastic off as mango fibers ... but I showed them the plastic piece that I saved and showed them it wouldn't tear. Beware of plastic in your real fruit drinks....we won't be backI will be contacting Ontario Health to visit the store location and explain how plastic was in their mango drinks they were serving to customers
